No power to the BlueSYNC EDG

Make sure to fully charge the BlueSYNC EDG for 2 hours before using. Plug in the Micro USB cable, the LED should glow red and will turn off when fully charged. 

• After fully charging the BlueSYNC EDG, press and hold the power button to turn the speaker on.
  • Does the blue LED indicator glow blue to indicate power?
