BlueSYNC EDG with short battery life

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure to FULLY charge the BlueSYNC EDG before first use. The battery should last about 6 hours on one charge.
  • Is your battery lasting about 6 hours?
• If not, you may need to exercise the internal battery. This means FULLY charging the BlueSYNC EDG until the red LED turns off indicating a full charge. Then, FULLY dischaging the battery until it dies. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times.
  • After exercising the battery, does the battery life increase?
