USA GEAR SUCTIONMOUNT PRO won't stick to surface

• The USA GEAR SUCTIONMOUNT PRO should be mounted to a non porus surface such as a window or flat dash. 
  •   What surface are you attempting to mount the suction cup to?
• To mount the suction cup, place on the desired surface and twist the suction knob clockwise. If you want to attach the mount to a porous surface, use the Stick Pad that is included. The Sticky Pad should be placed on the surface sticky side down. Then, mount the suction cup on the shiny side of the Sticky Pad. 
  • Does the USA GEAR SUCTIONMOUNT PRO stick to the surface?
• Make sure the suction cup and mounting surface are clean. Both can be wiped with a damp cloth and then dried.
  • Will the USA GEAR SUCTIONMOUNT PRO stay securely mounted now?
