Battery life with BlueSYNC EX is short

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure to FULLY charge the BlueSYNC EX before first use. The battery should last about 4 hours one one charge.
  • Is your battery lasting about 4 hours?
• If not, you may need to exercise the internal battery. This means FULLY charging the BlueSYNC EX until the red LED turns off indicating a full charge. Then, FULLY dischaging the battery until it dies. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times.
  • After exercising the battery, does the battery life increase?
