Phone/Tablet/Device doesn't fit the ReVIVE RESTORE 9200 built in stand

Troubleshooting:

 

  • The ReVIVE RESTORE 9200 has a built in insert which can can hold up a phone, tablet, or other device. It is important to know why your device is not fitting.
    • Is your device too thin or too thick?
  • If it is too thick, remove any case or skin that is on your device and try again. If you do not have a skin or case and your device is too thick, you won't be able to use the stand feature.
    • Does removing a case or skin allow your device to fit into the stand slot?
  • If your device is too thin, flip over the ReVIVE RESTORE 9200 and articulate the adjustable stand.
    • Does your device fit into the stand slot better?
