BlueSYNC OR3 is not charging

Troubleshooting:

  • When the BlueSYNC OR3 is plugged in to charge, the LED light will illuminate red to indicate power.
    • Is the LED illuminated red when the USB charging cable is plugged in?
  • The BlueSync uses a proprietary barrel type connector to a USB 2.0 to charge. If the speaker does not appear to be charging, please try the USB cable in a different USB port or with AC to USB adapter (not included).
    • Does the speaker start to charge if a different USB port is used?
