FlexSMART SP does not fit tight enough in the DC outlet

• Please try reversing the orientation of the flex-neck and cradle, the screw on the back of the cradle can be removed and the orientation of the cradle can be reversed. Reinstall the nut after doing this and tighten the cradle back to the neck.
  • Does this solve the problem?
• Inspect the silver lining of the DC outlet, is it spinning inside of the dash when the FlexSMART SP falls over, or is only the FlexSMART SP moving inside of the outlet. If the FlexSmart SP is spinning we can send you a rubber washer for stability.
