No power when SonaVERSE USB is plugged in

Troubleshooting:
 
  • The USB audio connection cable is not securely plugged into an active USB port, inspect and unplug then plug back in.
    • Does disconnecting the USB cord then reinserting the cord solve the problem?
  • Trying plugging the USB cable into a different USB port.
    • Does changing to a different USB port power the speakers on?
  • Your computer may not be on or is in sleep mode.
    • Was the computer off or in sleep mode?
