- Make sure the tablet it securely connected to the ReVIVE ENERGDOCK, an indicator icon will be shown on the tablets battery meter when properly connected and an orange LED will illuminate.
- Do you see an indicator on the battery meter of the tablet?
- Remove any case or skin already on the tablet, this may cause an incomplete connection.
- If a case or skin is being used, did removing it solve the problem?
- Once the tablet is securely docked, the ReVIVE ENERGDOCK will automatically begin charging the tablet.
- Is the ReVIVE ENERGDOCK charging your tablet after this troubleshooting?
