Can't adjust the height of the ENHANCE ErgoPROP

• Please make sure that the device stand is aligned with the device holder (back piece) when inserting the attachment screw into the adjustment knob.
  • Are the two pieces screwed together tightly?
• Twist the attachment screw clockwise to secure the stand to the desired position.
  • Does loosening the knob allow you to adjust the back piece for a better angle?
