The USA GEAR SCENARIO MOUNTneck apparatus is very difficult to adjust

Troubleshooting:
  • Please make sure the neck adjustment knob has been loosened before adjusting the angle of the mount.
    • Does loosening the adjustment knobs allow easier adjustment of the mount?

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem..
