Device does not fit into the hard shell cover

• Be sure the device being used is a first generation iPad, the shell will not fit a iPad 2 or any other tablet.
  • Is your iPad the first generation, or is it a different model or tablet?
• Remove any case or skin that is already on the iPad before inserting into the hard shell.
  • Does this solve the problem?
