The sound quality is bad or distorted

• Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can aff ect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality you expect.
  • Is there issues with all songs / files or only some?
• When using AA power, please use fresh AA batteries. When sound becomes distorted it means that some or all of your batteries are not supplying the Sense with enough power.
  • Does changing the batteries or switching back to AC power solve the problem?
