Speaker not powering on?

Troubleshooting:
  • Please make sure that the USB cable is connected to a functional powered USB port on your computer
    • Do some of your other devices work in that same USB port?
  • Try the SonaVERSE O2i in a different port
    • Does plugging the speaker into different USB ports allow the speaker to turn on?
