LED Lights not working?

Troubleshooting:

The SonaVERSE O2i model has built-in lights with an LED control wheel built into the cord. When the control wheel is turned, it will turn the blue accent lights on and off
- Does turning the wheel on the LED control turn the lights on and off?
If the lights are not turning on, please try plugging the speaker into a different USB port
- Does switching to a different USB port solve the problem?
