No power when SonaVERSE USB LED Clip-On Speaker is plugged in

Troubleshooting:
 
  • The USB audio connection cable may not be securely plugged into an active USB port; inspect and unplug then plug back in.
    • Does disconnecting the USB cord then reinserting the cord solve the problem?
  • Trying plugging the USB cable into a different USB port.
    • Does changing to a different USB port power the speakers on?
  • Your computer may not be on or is in sleep mode.
    • Was the computer off or in sleep mode?
  • Try using a USB AC powered wall adapter to see if you can get power to the LED Clip-On Speaker
    • **Note, you will be unable to get any audio in doing this but you can tell if there is power by attempting to switch the LED's ON/OFF
    • Are the LED's illuminating?
