Illumination Mode is not working

Troubleshooting:

 
  1. Please make sure the SonaVERSE UB3 is properly connected to USB port, try plugging the speaker into a different port or AC adapter port.
  2. Does changing ports power on illumination mode?
  3. Please press the button on the front of the speaker to the right of the volume knob.
  4. Do the lights turn on now?
