ReVIVE MiniBOLT DC is not charging, but AC works fine

• Please try using in a different DC outlet.
  • Does switching to a different outlet solve the problem?
• It is possible that the DC fuse has been blown inside of the barrel of the ReVIVE MiniBOLT DC.
  • Unscrew the end of the ReVIVE MiniBOLT DC, does the fuse look blown?
