ReVIVE GOCHARGE battery meter won't glow red and flashlight does not turn on

Troubleshooting:
 
  • It is possible the internal battery for the ReVIVE GOCHARGE has no power, please make sure to fully recharge the device.
    • After fully charging the ReVIVE GOCHARGE, does the meter register power from the battery?
