No sound from BlueSYNC STW when using Bluetooth

Troubleshooting:

Make sure the speaker is set to Bluetooth. Press the source button on the remote or the top of the speaker to change to Bluetooth mode (bb).
- Does music come from the BlueSYNC STW?
If no sound is heard, make sure your device is paired to the speaker. Your Bluetooth device should say it is connected to the speaker, under the Bluetooth settings.
- Is your device paired to the speaker, do you hear sound now?
Make sure the volume is turned up on your device and on the speaker.
- Do you hear sound now?
Try disconnecting the currently paired device and then pairing a different device to the speaker.
- Is sound heard when a new device is introduced to the speaker?
