Pathogen Optical Gaming Keyboard Not working

Troubleshooting:

While your computer is running, insert the ENHANCE Pathogen Optical Gaming Keyboard USB plug into one of your computers USB ports. Your computer will automatically detect the keyboard and install any necessary drivers. The keyboard will light up when powered.
- Does your computer recognize the keyboard and does it power on and work?
If the keyboard was not recognized, please try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer.
- Does the keyboard work when plugged into a different USB port?
Please try all available USB ports on your computer.
- Did the keyboard work with any of the USB ports?
Please try using the keyboard with a different computer.
- Does the keyboard work with a different computer?
