Wireless Charging Lamp not turning on

Troubleshooting:
 
  • The Charging lamp is equipped with a wall AC adapter that has a 3.5 mm connection to the lamp.
  • Ensure that both the AC adapter and 3.5 mm plug in are connected.
  • Try plugging the AC adapter into another outlet.
  • Are you able to receive power now?
  • Inspect the AC adapter and cable.
  • Is the cabling loose, frayed, or damaged?
  • If so, please contact out customer support at 1.866.796.7324 for a replacement.
