SonaVERSE UB2 does not power on

Troubleshooting:
  • Please make sure that the USB power cable is connected to a functional powered USB port on your computer.
    • Do other devices plugged into the same port work?
  • Try the SonaVERSE UB2 in a different USB port.
    • Does plugging into a different USB port allow the speakers to power on?
  • Try using an AC Wall Adapter to see if the speaker receives power.
    • Do the UB2's finally power on?
