Troubleshooting 
  • Please make sure that the USB power cable,3.5mm audio and microphone cables are connected to their corresponding ports.
    • All three cables must be plugged in at the same time in order to produce audio and power.
    • Do other devices plugged into the same port work?
  • Try the SonaVERSE BSE in a different USB Port
    • Does plugging into a different USB port allow the SonaVERSE BSE to power on?
