BlueSYNC BBR is not holding a charge

Troubleshooting: 
 
If the BlueSYNC BBR is not turning on when charged, make sure the power/voume knob is turned on.
  • Is the power/voume knob is turned on?
The LED light does not turn off? 
  • Try charging the speaker over night, does the LED turn off which indicates the speaker is charged? 
Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
