Theorem Mouse Software wont download

Troubleshooting:

When downloading the file, you need to select a downloadable location, preferably on the desktop.
It should read as "Enhance Theorem Mouse Software v2.zip"
Right Clip on this file and "extract" the file to unzip.
From there you are left with a folder where there will be two files. The first being the software and the second being the walkthrough.
The file is an exe file and must be clicked to start the installers and be able to use the software for editing.
