Audio wont come out of the speakers

Troubleshooting: 
 
  • Please ensure the USB Cable is connected to the USB port on the computer. 
    • Do this power on the speakers?  
  • Please ensure the audio cable is connected to the headphone jack on the computer. 
    • Does this allow audio to come through the speakers? 

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
