- The wirless mouse is only compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MAC OS X 10.4 or later, and Linux Kernel 2.6 or later.
- Is your computer running one of these operating systems?
- Make sure the computer the mouse is being used with has the latest available operating system firmware updates.
- Are all available updates installed on the computer?
- Try the nano receiver in a different USB port.
- Does switching the receiver to a different port solve the issue?
- Disconnect and re-connect the mouse to the USB ports being tried.
- Does this solve the problem?
