Devices plugged into the PowerUP DV2 are not charging

When using the PowerUP DV2 to charge a tablet, we would recommend using the 2.1A USB port (top port), as the 1.0A will charge tablets more slowly.
  • Please sure the PowerUP DV2 is fully inserted into the DC outlet and receiving power. Please remove, then reinsert the transmitter, gently apply forward pressure until it stops.
    • Does your device indicate that it is receiving power now?
       
  • Try charging the device using the other USB port.
    • Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge?
       
  • Please try using a different USB cable with the PowerUP DV2.
    • Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge now?
       
  • Please try charging a different device with the PowerUP DV2.
    • Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge?
