ENHANCE LightLINK won't fit into the hot shoe or ENHANCE LightLINK expansion slots

• Make sure the hot shoe foot is being inserted into the hot shoe on the camera.
  • Does the adapter fit into the hot shoe, is there an obstruction blocking it?
• Be sure the hot shoe collar is loosened before inserting, then tightened once inserted into the hot shoe.
  • Does loosening the collar allow the ENHANCE LightLINK to fit into the hot shoe?
