SonaVERSE CRS does not power on

• Please make sure that USB power cable is connected to a functional powered USB port on your computer. When power is going to the speakers, a red light will be illuminated on the volume controller.   
  • Do other devices plugged into the same USB port work?
• Try the SonaVERSE CRS in different USB ports, also try a AC USB adapter if you have one.  
  • Does plugging the speakers into a different USB port or AC USB adapter power them on?
