MoodBRIGHT CST will not power on

Troubleshooting:

Please plug the MoodBRIGHT CST in to USB power. To power the MoodBRIGHT CST on, touch the triangle on the color panel located at the back of the light.
- Does it power on?
If the CST is not powering on, please try plugging the USB cable into a different powered USB port.
- Will the CST power on now?
Should you still not be able to power the CST on with AC power, please try inserting batteries into the back of the CST.
- Does it power on with batteries inserted?

If the troubleshooting above does not solve your problem, please contact customer support.
