Verticle shutter button and other vertical functions are not working

• Be sure the camera is receiving power from the battery grip.
  • Is the camera on?
• Make sure the operation switch is in the correct position.
  • Which position is your operation switch in?
• The vertical controls features on the battery grip are the same as on the OEM buttons of your camera, consult cameras manual for more information about the features of the cameras buttons.
