Receiver does not power on

• Make sure the battery is inside of the receiver. The battery for the receiver does not come installed, but rather in a small bag in the box. 
  • Is there a battery in the receiver?
• Be sure the battery is installed correctly. Try replacing the battery if it is still not powering on.
  • Was the polarity correct or did replacing the battery solve the problem?
