Restore VTL has bad battery life

• Upon first receiving the Restore VTL, fully charge the battery via USB power for 4 hours. After a full charge, fully drain the internal battery, then fully charge it again. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times for optimum battery performance.
  • Are you still experiencing low battery life from the Restore VTL after exercising the battery?
• The Restore VTL has a 2000mAh internal battery, with a full charge it should be able to provide 2 full charges to a device with an 1000mAh battery. To figure out if your Restore VTL is performing as it should, divide 2000 by your device's battery mAh rating.
  • Is the Restore VTL providing an optimal charge to your device (ex: 2000/1000 = 2 full charges)?
