It is difficult to insert the charging cable into the BlueBAR

• Please insert the charging cable at an angle which allows for easy insertion. After the charging cable is inserted, use gentle pressure to better align the internal charging pin with the charging port.
  • Does gently inserting at an angle allow the cable to fit?
