It is difficult to connect the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT holder to the handlebars

• Please make sure that the neck connector is lined up with the connecting slot on the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT.
• Make sure you hear a clicking sound to ensure a secure fit.
• Try putting the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT on the thinnest part of the bicycle handlebar.
• Be sure to tighten the adjustment knob so the fit is tight against the handlebars.
