Blue LED status light will not illuminate, no power

Troubleshooting:
 
  • On the back of the SonaWAVE HD, please set the Power switch (ON/OFF) to ON.
    • Is the switch in the ON position, does the LED still not light up?
  • Please make sure that the AC wall outlet you are using is properly working, try the AC adapter in a different wall outlet.
    • Does switching to a different wall outlet solve the problem?
