BoomBUDDY doesn't appear to be powered on

• Make sure that the power is ON by turning the Control knob (nose) clockwise.
  • Does turning the nose of the BoomBUDDY make the power light illuminate? 
• Please make sure the BoomBUDDY is properly connected to power. Try connecting the BoomBuddy into a different outlet.
  • Does plugging the BoomBUDDY into a different outlet solve the problem?
