Dashboard Mount won't stick to surface

• The Dashboard Mount should be mounted to a clean flat surface. 
  •   What surface are you attempting to mount the suction cup to?
• To mount the suction cup, place on the desired surface and move the suction lock to the right.
  • Does the Dashboard Mount stick to the surface?
• Make sure the suction cup and mounting surface are clean. Both can be wiped with a damp cloth and then air dried.
  • Will the Dashboard Mount stay securely mounted now?
