Poor battery life with BlueSYNC RGD

Troubleshooting:

If you're experiencing short battery life with the BlueSYNC RGD, make sure it is fully charged. When the speaker is charging, you will see a red LED and it will turn off when charging is complete after about 2 hours. You should observe about 8 hours of run time on a full charge.
- Do you experience about 8 hours of run time on a full charge?
If the battery is not lasting for about 8 hours, you may need to exercise the battery. This means fully draining the battery before recharging and then fully recharging before use. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times to propely exercise the battery.
- Do you notice better run time when the battery has been cycled in this manner?
