No sound from BlueSYNC SBR when using Bluetooth

Troubleshooting:

  • Make sure the speaker is set to Bluetooth. Press the source button on the remote or the side of the speaker to change to Bluetooth mode (Blue LED).
    • Does music come from the BlueSYNC SBR?
  • If no sound is heard, make sure your device is paired to the speaker. Your Bluetooth device should say it is connected to the speaker, under the Bluetooth settings.
    • Is your device paired to the speaker, do you hear sound now?
  • Make sure the volume is turned up on your device and on the speaker.
    • Do you hear sound now?
  • Try disconnecting the currently paired device and then pairing a different device to the speaker.
    • Is sound heard when a new device is introduced to the speaker?
