Remote is not working with BlueSYNC SBR

Troubleshooting:
 
  • The remote for the BlueSYNC SBR will come with the battery already inserted and a plastic tab preventing a complete connection of the battery to the contacts of the remote. Remove this tab before using the remote.
    • Does the remote operate when the tab is removed?
  • If the remote is still not working, please try replacing the battery. The battery can be replaced with a CR2025 or a CR2032 type battery.
    • Does replacing the battery solve the problem?
