No power to BlueGATE RCV HD

• To turn on the BlueGATE RCV HD simply plug the AC adapter into the back of the receiver and the plug into a wall outlet.
  • Does the BlueGATE RCV HD power on when it is plugged in?
• If the BlueGATE RCV does not turn on, please plugging it into a different outlet.
  • Does the BlueGATE RCV HD turn on now?
