Battery life of the Groove Pal is low

• Make sure when you first receive the Groove Pal to give the speaker a full charge with the included Micro USB cable.
  • Does the Groove Pal charge up fully when plugged in to charge?
• The Groove Pal's internal battery will need to be cycled. Exercise the battery by fully charging, then fully discharging the battery. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times for optimum battery performance.
  • Does battery life increase after cycling the internal battery 4-6 times?
