The Groove Pal will not turn ON and the eyes are not glowing

• Please make sure that GOgroove Pal is fully charged and the power switch is in the ON position.
  • Is the GOgroove Pal charged fully and the switched turned to ON?
• When charging the GOgroove Pal, the eyes should illuminate red, when powered on the eyes glow blue.
  • Do the eyes of the GOgroove Pal glow red when plugged in to charge and blue when switched to ON?
