ENHANCE GX-B1 Gaming Mouse Bungee, no power

• Plug the ENHANCE GX-B1 into a USB port and turn the power switch on the bottom of the device from "OFF" to "ON"
  • Does the ENHANCE GX-B1 power on?
• Please make sure the ENHANCE GX-B1 is plugged into a working USB port. Try more than one port.
  •  Does switching to a different USB port solve the issue?
