USA GEAR CLIPMOUNT won't stick to surface

• The USA GEAR CLIPMOUNT should be mounted to a clean surface such as a window or dashboard. 
  •   What surface are you attempting to mount the suction cup to?
• To mount the suction cup, place on the desired surface and twist the suction gear clockwise. If you want to attach the mount to a porous surface, clean the sticky suction cup and the surface with a damp cloth and let air dry first. 
  • Does the Suction Mount stick to the surface?
• Make sure the suction cup and mounting surface are clean. Both can be wiped with a damp cloth and then dried.
  • Will the Suction Mount Pro stay securely mounted now?
