ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x has bad battery life

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Upon first receiving the ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x, fully charge the battery via USB power for 10-20 hours. After a full charge, fully drain the internal battery, then fully charge it again. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times for optimum battery performance.
    • Are you still experiencing low battery life from the ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x after exercising the battery?
  • The ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x has a 10,000mAh internal battery, with a full charge it should be able to provide 4 full charges to a device with an 2500mAh battery. To figure out if your ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x is performing as it should, divide 10,000 by your device's battery mAh rating.
    • Is the ReVIVE RESTORE Q10x providing an optimal charge to your device (ex: 10,000/2500 = 4 full charges)?
