BlueSYNC BX is not turning on

Troubleshooting:

• Please make sure the BlueSYNC BX is fully charged and the power switch is turned to "ON".
  • Does the speaker turn on?
• Remove the battery and make sure it was inserted with the correct polarity.
  • Was the battery correctly inserted, does it power on now?
• Try plugging the Mini USB charging cable into the speaker and plugging the USB cable into power.
  • Does the speaker turn on now?
